We provide a triple guarantee of:

Fee structure:

• 1.5% of annual gross income (*Subject to $1500/month minimum)
• 1/2 of the yearly fee must be paid upon contractual agreement as a retainer

Not ready for full-service bookkeeping but like the idea of tax planning and support?  We offer the following for an annual fee:

• 1 personal 1040 tax return
• 1 1065 OR 1120 tax return
• 1 state tax return (if applicable)
• Quarterly tax planning & compliance
• Bookkeeping support (including QBO issues)
• *10% discount on any additional tax returns required

Fee structure:

• $3500/year

For those of you who simply need a tax return prepared each year or any other individualized requirements, we offer the below schedule of items for the designated fees offered by our staff:

• 1040 personal return: $395 (minimum) *additional $100 to review w/David Brown
• 1040 + schedule business return: $595 (minimum) *additional $100 to review w/David Brown
• 1065 (Partnership) & 1120 (Corporate) tax returns: $1250 (minimum) w/David Brown
• State tax returns: $125/per state
• Business tax returns: $150
• Tangible Personal Property tax returns: $150
• Payroll compliance filings: $150
• Tax Planning/Consulting: $275/hour w/David Brown
• QBO training: $150/hour w/Justina Hix
• 1099, 1096, W2, W3 preparation: $15/item per form
